Liked the hotel generally, nice design, nice vibe but unfortunately the staff at the reception had very little knowledge of the city and the various tourist attractions. For example, we were given misleading information about tours to key attractions and consequently missed out. On our first day, we were sent to a hotel leisure centre almost 3 hours away when we had asked to visit the hot springs in the surrounding area. Our room was not cleaned for several days. The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
We had a great stay. The location of the hotel is a bit outside of the center and there is not much to do around as it is more an area with offices with lots of traffic. However there is a tram stop just outside the hotel which was very convenient. Within 5-10min you are in the old town.
The hotel itself is modern and nicely designed. Very clean in all areas. The room had a good size and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary. There were some local dishes and also a waffle station but I was missing fresh fruit. Only apples were available.
Hotel very close to the old city, only 3 tram stops. Excellent transportation nearby. Pleasant hotel, large rooms, very clean and equipped. Excellent and attentive staff. A rich and delicious breakfast.
We went for business and leisure trip. This hotel was quite modern, very good location, shops near by. Mainly the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Natalia at reception desk, she was very helpful for our trip guiding places, providing essential things during our trip. I would recommend this to families and professionals. I would use it again if i visit Krakow again.
